I have over 20 years of experience in the counseling field helping individuals, couples, and families identify their strengths and resolve their challenges through the therapeutic process. I specialize in complex trauma and PTSD, Dissociation, Psychosis, depression, anxiety, adoption and attachment issues. I an am EMDR therapist who also incorporates Play Therapy, True Colors, Sandtray and EFT into EMDR therapy.
My vision is to see individuals and families communicate, connect, and become their best selves. My approach recognizes how the brain and body are interconnected and that healthy relationships and resolving past traumas are the key to reaching more of our own potential, impacting the people around us in a more constructive way, thus creating healthier families, healthier workplaces, and a healthier world.
